Yes. EARTHERA grounding sheets are designed for safe everyday use. The sheet does not generate electricity or connect to the outlet's live power supply. Instead, it connects exclusively to the grounding system of a properly grounded outlet, allowing your body to connect to the Earth's natural electrical potential.

The included grounding cord features a built-in safety resistor for added protection.

EARTHERA sheets are woven with conductive fibers that connect your body to the Earth's natural electrical potential through a grounded outlet.

It's the same principle as walking barefoot on grass or sand, brought into the comfort of your own bed.

You might notice a sense of relaxation, subtle changes in your sleep, or nothing unusual at all. Every experience is personal, and there's no specific sensation you need to feel.

The best approach is to relax, stay consistent, and pay attention to how you feel over time.

Everyone's experience is different. Some people report noticing changes within the first few nights, while others may take longer.

We recommend making grounding part of your nightly routine and giving yourself time to explore how it feels for you.

If you have a pacemaker, an implanted medical device, or an existing medical condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before using grounding products.

Grounding products are not intended to replace medical treatments or professional healthcare advice.
